1. Overview
DonutX is an independent online store that sells virtual, in-game items for use on the Donut SMP Minecraft server, including but not limited to:
- Spawners
- In-game currency
- Other digital goods
We are not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or the official Donut SMP unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You have permission from a parent/guardian if under 18
- You are legally allowed to make online purchases in your country
- All information you provide is accurate
3. Payments
We currently accept payments via:
- PayPal
- Other supported payment methods listed at checkout
By purchasing, you agree:
- All payments are final
- You will not file chargebacks or disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent ban from DonutX services
4. Delivery of Items
- Digital items are typically delivered instantly or within a reasonable time
- You are responsible for providing the correct Minecraft username
We are not responsible for:
- Items sent to incorrect usernames provided by you
If you do not receive your item, contact support so we can investigate and deliver it if necessary.
5. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Not liking the item
- Server-related issues
- Account bans or punishments
- Misunderstanding of product descriptions
6. Virtual Goods Disclaimer
All items sold:
- Are virtual, in-game items
- Have no real-world monetary value
- Are non-transferable outside the server
Once items are delivered:
- They cannot be removed, revoked, or returned by DonutX
7. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Abuse bugs, exploits, or glitches
- Attempt fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Harass staff or other players
Violation may result in:
- Suspension or permanent ban from DonutX services
8. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Your Minecraft account
- Any activity associated with your purchases
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen accounts
- Unauthorized purchases
9. Service Availability
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous uptime
- Error-free service
We may perform maintenance or updates at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DonutX is not liable for:
- Loss of in-game items
- Service interruptions
- Any indirect or incidental damages
