At DonutX, all purchases are final. By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Not liking the item
- Server-related issues
- Account bans or punishments
- Misunderstanding of product descriptions
2. Digital Goods
All items sold on DonutX are:
- Virtual, in-game items
- Delivered digitally
- Non-returnable and non-refundable
Once delivered, they cannot be:
- Returned
- Removed
- Transferred back to us
3. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks
By purchasing, you agree:
- Not to file chargebacks or disputes
If a chargeback is filed:
- You may be permanently banned from DonutX services
- You may lose access to future purchases
4. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your item:
- Contact support immediately
We will:
- Investigate the issue
- Ensure the item is delivered if it was not properly fulfilled
This is not considered a refund, only a delivery correction.
